Proform Designer software provides a full drag-and-drop GUI interface for quick and easy design of variable documents and resources for VIPP, XEROX Legacy business form resources, and Legacy form resource migration to VIPP. It is an enterprise-wide solution for color, monochrome, highlight color and VIPP Thin Printer POSTSCRIPT engines, as well as for Legacy LCDS engines.
Proform Designer supports VIPP Dynamic Document Construction (DDC) technology, which merges data and design at the DFE. VIPP DDC’s efficiency allows large print runs to meet small print windows. Proform Designer integrates simple to complex designs of promotional 1:1 and transactional documents with personalized messages without altering the data stream.
It also performs electronic delivery using an industry-standard PDF workflow: email, Web, fax, or archive and fully supports PDF bookmarks and PDF interactive features. Pre-established profiles and variable bookmark fields ease the use of VIPP Thin Printer Dispatcher automation features.
