WEBCRD from Rochester Software Associates (RSA) is a portal to the print center, delivering web-based job submission, enterprise integration, and job management. It is a fast, easy-to-use print ordering and production management system for digital and litho enterprise production environments.

Enterprises can connect WEBCRD directly to their infrastructure, with support for real-time authentication (LDAP, Kerberos, and Active Directory), document management system (DMS) integration, XML-based order generation, and data extract capabilities for chargeback accounting.

WEBCRD supports both digital and litho job ticketing, submission of both print on-demand and non-print item orders, and multiple languages from a single server.

Fully integrated with a CREO Color Server via JDF, WEBCRD provides an automated, streamlined, standards-based workflow. JDF job ticketing is supported throughout the order submission, print production, and order fulfillment processes. JDF ensures that ticketing information is entered once and transmitted electronically with the print job. Operators no longer need to re-key information, which can cause errors, delays, and increased costs. Users submit documents via the Web, from any platform, and jobs are produced on any production printer, ensuring document fidelity and ticketing integrity. Mistakes are eliminated while customer satisfaction, printer utilization, and volume increase.
